Barbara Avila, M.S.

Author, Trainer, Consultant

Barbara has supported thousands of people with disabilities as a coach, consultant, and counselor. With decades of experience in the field, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that spans the full range of need, ability, and background.

She has guided parents, individuals, and professionals in countless settings, from home to school to the workplace. Her passion and dedication to the community are clear in every presentation she provides and every interaction in which she engages.

Jonathan Chase

Author, Trainer, Consultant

Diagnosed with autism at the age of fourteen, Jonathan has created a career centered on relating directly to the people he mentors. As a TEDx speaker, trainer, and author, he brings a unique perspective.  He shares his own experience with autism as well as his numerous years in the field doing direct support, training, and mentoring.

Working with individuals, families, businesses, and agencies, he shares a message of respect, understanding and awareness to support all individuals with autism and/or other disabilities.
